Waiting for the Interlocutor’s message | Wait for reaction Slot

Function and general information

Wait For Reaction slot is a slot that puts the Agent in the waiting mode for the Interlocutor’s message and saves the received message to the System context variable client_message.

Creating and configuring a slot

Slot Attributes

  • NAME – the name of the slot that will be displayed in the Script Tree. Optional field to fill in. The maximum length of the field value is 40 characters. If no name is entered, the slot will be displayed in the Script Tree without a name.

Slot operation

When the Agent passes through Wait For Reaction slot, the waiting mode for the Interlocutor’s message is activated. The message sent by the Interlocutor is saved in System context variable client_message.
