Function and general information
Change Chat Mode – a slot designed to translate the Dialog to the operator if the operator software provides the Final channels. This completes the Dialog. For End Channels that do not provide operator software, only the Dialog will be closed.
Creation and settings
Slot Attributes
- NAME – slot name that will be displayed in the Script Tree. The maximum length of the field value is 40 characters
Slot operation
When the Bot executes the Change Chat Mode slot, the following happens:
- Sending the transfer control command to the operator to the Agent’s final communication channels with Interlocutors;
- Closing the dialog according to the Script.
